Our digital products are delivered instantly after payment.
If a file is broken, missing or not as described, contact us within 14 days using this form, or request a refund through your Payhip receipt (or the itch.io purchase page).
Refunds are processed through Payhip or itch.io.

FAQ

I didn't get my download.

Payhip / itch.io email the download link right after payment — check your spam or promotions folder for the receipt. Still nothing? Send the form with the email you paid with and your order number.

I lost my file.

Open the link in your Payhip receipt email (or your itch.io library) to download it again. If the link no longer works, send the form and we will help.

The file is in the wrong format / won't open.

Most files are PDF (A4 / US Letter). Try a current PDF reader. If it is still broken or not as described, tell us the product and your device within 14 days.

Money Pass / subscriber access isn't working.

Re-enter the access code from your receipt on the unlock page (codes are not case-sensitive) and use the same browser. If it still fails, send the form with your order number.

How do I get a refund?

Request it through your Payhip receipt (or the itch.io purchase page), or send this form within 14 days if the file is broken, missing or not as described. Refunds are handled through Payhip / itch.io.

Can I get an invoice?

Your Payhip / itch.io receipt is your proof of purchase. If you need different billing details, send the form with your order number.

다운로드 링크를 받지 못했어요.

결제 직후 Payhip / itch.io에서 다운로드 링크가 담긴 영수증 이메일이 발송됩니다. 스팸함·프로모션함을 확인해 주세요. 그래도 없다면 결제한 이메일과 주문 번호를 적어 양식으로 보내 주세요.

파일을 잃어버렸어요.

Payhip 영수증 이메일의 링크(또는 itch.io 라이브러리)에서 다시 내려받을 수 있습니다. 링크가 작동하지 않으면 양식으로 알려 주세요.

파일 형식이 다르거나 열리지 않아요.

대부분 PDF(A4 / US Letter)입니다. 최신 PDF 뷰어로 열어 보세요. 그래도 손상되었거나 설명과 다르면 14일 이내에 상품명과 기기를 알려 주세요.

머니 패스 / 구독자 이용이 안 돼요.

영수증의 이용 코드를 잠금 해제 페이지에 다시 입력해 주세요(대소문자 무관). 같은 브라우저를 사용해 주세요. 계속 안 되면 주문 번호와 함께 양식으로 보내 주세요.

환불은 어떻게 받나요?
